Admissions
To register for off-campus classes, you must first be admitted to the University of Arkansas by submitting an undergraduate or graduate Application for Admission. Please complete the appropriate application, following the instructions regarding transcripts, fees, etc., and return it to the indicated address. Admission fees may apply and should be paid at the time of admission. Admission fees are non-refundable. It is the student’s responsibility to gain admission to the University prior to the start of classes.
You must be officially admitted to the University of Arkansas Fayetteville Graduate School in order to receive graduate credit for graduate level courses. If you are ineligible for graduate admission, you may still enroll in a graduate level course; however, graduate credit will not be granted. Graduate tuition and fees will apply to graduate level courses regardless of student standing.
In addition to being admitted to the University, degree-seeking students will also need to be admitted to their chosen program. Students should consult the academic contact list for information about program admission.
All new students and students returning to the U of A after an absence of one semester (excluding summer) must submit an Application for Admission.
