College Tuition
$99.99 per credit hour (Arkansas resident)
$105.25 per credit hour (non-Arkansas resident)
Textbooks
Textbooks are the responsibility of the student. The Department of Independent Study recommends the use of the University of Arkansas Bookstore as the primary distributor of our textbooks. To access information for ordering textbooks from the University of Arkansas Bookstore, click here.
Course Outline Fee
Unless otherwise noted in the fees listed with the course, the course outline fee for Department of Independent Study courses is $7.00. This fee is non-refundable.
Processing Fee
Unless otherwise noted in the fees listed with the course, the processing fee for Department of Independent Study courses is $10.00. This fee is non-refundable.
Miscellaneous Fees
Individual courses may include fees for audio/video tapes and other items as required by the instructor for course completion. These fees will be listed with the individual course description where appropriate.
